EXPO STAND SIZES
This year we have two different size options:
-
Single booth - 3.0m wide x 1.8m deep
-
Double booth - 6.0m wide x 1.8m deep

In addition we also have a limited number of premium sites that are 3.6m wide x 1.8m deep. These sites will be offered to sponsors in the first instance, however if you would prefer one of these sites, please indicate in your registration form and we will allocate if available.

Each stand includes:

TRADE EXPO HOURS
The Trade Expo will be open during the conference for the following hours:
Monday 21 July: 3.30pm - 6.00pm
Tuesday 22 July: 7.30am - 8.30pm
Wednesday 23 July: 7.30am - 3.30pm

NEW for 2025 - 'Outdoor Alpine Village​'
The Trafalgar Centre sits on the west bank of the Maitai River, opposite Nelson’s Trafalgar Park. We have an incredible space at the entrance to the venue, which all delegates will pass through on their way in to the event. This year, we are offering exhibitors the opportunity to add on an external site as part of their trade offering within the expo. Think outside the square here - anything from outdoor heaters, games, furniture, ride on lawnmowers to cabins. If you build it, we will add extra value through theming, engagement & food and beverage opportunities. This additional feature isn't always available at our conferences - so make the most of being able to demonstrate your product in this way.​

DELEGATE ENGAGEMENT
Prize Giveaway

All exhibitors are asked to provide a prize giveaway of a product with a $100 value.

These will be drawn at the end of the event and winners have to be in the room to claim these prizes.

We will contact you as part of your registration to confirm the details.

BUMP IN & OUT
The display company will have the build completed, ready for pack in on Monday 21 July from 9am - 2pm.

The conference concludes in the trade hall with prize draws at 3.30pm, and pack out can commence after this time.
